Convenience of EHR Medical Transcription

Imagine having all the benefits of an electronic record as well as the additional convenience of dictation! As important as it may be, taking the time to manually update your electronic health records (EHR) after a patient session is incredibly tedious and time-consuming. Professional Transcriptions of Northwest Florida aims to alleviate this lost patient time by doing all the manual legwork ourselves, so you and your staff can focus entirely on the patients. Simply record your session as audio dictation, and our team of professional transcriptionists can take care of the rest.

Once dictation is uploaded, we offer two methods of EHR charting:

  1. We can produce a Word document, PDF or format of your choosing, that will be securely delivered to your in-house staff for manual pasting into your EHR/EMR.
  2. If preferred, by granting us user access to your electronic health record platform, we can paste the hard data and narrative elements of your patient encounters directly into your system for you—this unbeatable convenience at no extra charge!
